Mel Jackson - Founder/President

She holds a degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting from Dallas Christian University. As President/CEO of M.E.L. Inc. “Manage Elevate Lead” Incorporated – Foundation. A 501 (c) (3) Non-profit Corporation launched in 2014. Mel focuses her community involvement on the following: Domestic violence, community partnerships, educational resources, career coaching, and business development amongst other things.
With a love for the youth and a desire to advance the communities around her, she began her Philanthropic work in 2009. On a daily, she displays her knowledge and business expertise through her management skills associated with being the Executive Director of Josh Howard Foundation. Those daily responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) & Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), programs approved thorough the Texas Department of Agriculture. Feeding 300 plus kids daily the goal is to create a stable environment for every participant. Helping with homework during the school year, providing recreational activities, and teaching the importance of healthy meals. Making conscious efforts to provide quality meals and assistance to those in poverty stricken communities; while fighting against childhood food insecurity and obesity. With combined efforts from The Josh Howard Foundation and its partnerships daily she does her part to improve the quality of meals for children and their families.
Recently becoming a member of the CACFP Workforce Input Group for the Texas Department of Agriculture. With her latest accomplishment in January 2019 being selected for a Leadership role with the North Texas Summer and Supper Council “Texas Hunger Initiative. A division within the Dallas Region of the United way in partnership with the Independent School Districts, Baylor University, The North Texas Food Bank and Texas Department of Agriculture.
Additionally, Ms. Jackson is Co-owner of Prime Time Hair, a Dallas based Hair Extension Company started in July of 2015.

Being a serial entrepreneur, Ms. Jackson is Co-owner of Prime Time Hair, a Dallas based Hair Extension Company started in July of 2015. Owner of Harmoni’s Playground and joint Founder of the Hazel House project.
Currently working on her first book “Blessings in Broken Places” to be published summer 2021. Mel Jackson walked away from corporate America in April of 2010, so she could walk in God’s purpose for her life, through her knowledge, experiences and services she has been blessed her to provide for others.

Deiondra Sanders-Community Relations

 Deiondra Sanders is an Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Actress, Reality TV Star, Model and also the daughter of NFL Hall of Famer Deion “Prime Time” Sanders. With a passion for encouraging the youth and being an inspiration to women around her,she is a self made multi business owner.
Deiondra’s professional career has definitely  beenvery well rounded. Making her first Reality TV appearance on “Celebrity Family Feud” as the Sandersfamily took on the Kardashians. She has also been apart of the cast for “Primetime Love”, & “Deion’sFamily Playbook” which booth aired on the OWNNetwork. Along with making a guest appearance on Bridezillas “Natalie Nunn” Celebrity Edition, which airedon WE TV. Deiondra and her business partner owns and established a successful online business “PrimeTime Hair”.

A Dallas, TX based hair company that provides top quality, yet affordable hair extensions to women of all ethnicities. With her extensive relationships in the entertainment industry, Deiondra and 2 other business partners created a management and consultation agency for Entertainers, her father being one of her first clients.

Although Deiondra runs very successful businesses, she is very involved in her community and thrives off giving back. Joining forces with her brother Deionn Sanders Jr, and starting “Anything Is Possible” (AIP) Foundation, a 501(c)3,that has provided resources and partnerships as a gateway to continuous giving. She also partners with other charities, to provide school supplies, backpacks, toys andvarious necessities for families in the Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA areas.
